Return & Refund Policy

We also want to ensure you have a rewarding experience while you're exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at gtwild. The following policy outlines our Return & Refund procedures in detail.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order before it has been shipped. If you decide to cancel your order prior to shipment, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the canceled items. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible using the contact information provided at the bottom of this page. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. The refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us using the information provided in the "Contact Us" section below. We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.
